This game is great! I was skeptical at first in the beta, but once i got it (i didn’t feel like it was pointless to sink time into a char) once I hit level 10……….game gets so much better!

@Zesazerty pretty sure that it’s earned it spot as 2nd place. Time will tell, but bioware is a dedicated company and will make updates and expansions. The only thing that worries me is EA…..

Skyrim sucks.
Oblivion was better.

@Rbentislegit It’s because wow is popular and people want to compare an mmo they’ve played to a popular mmo such as wow.It’s like everyone comparing every single game to COD.

@Vorzt …how?
By liamjd1 on Dec 30, 2011
@liamjd1
Skyrim might look better, but Oblivion feels better, at least to me
Skyrim is too easy and doesn’t really feel like a RPG, I wanted a RPG and I got a first-person action game.
By Vorzt on Dec 30, 2011
@Vorzt fair enough, although i don’t see how it doesn’t feel like an rpg.. it has been refined, but the core elements are there, there were alot of things in oblivion that were just completely redundant and useless, ie; acrobatics, athletics… Can see what you mean about difficulty once you’re high level but i found it pretty challenging to start with, much harder than oblivion at least.

@liamjd1
Skyrim is easier in a different way: Everything is given to you.
Take the Daedric shrines for example, In Oblivion you had to be a certain level and have the appropriate offering before they would talk to you.
In Skyrim it’s the same every time, you walk up to them and they give you a quest, and then you’re the their champion.
There is literally no resistance in Skyrim when trying to get something for do something. You just follow the arrow for a reward.

@Rbentislegit Because it’s the most popular mmorpg up to date and the majority of the people playing SW:Tor have come from WoW. Also, people buying this game probably have played WoW once and is curious of the difference. I for one, appreciated the fact that he compared it to WoW, saying it was different and what not, because that’s what I hated about Rift. Way too similar…

Best game review ever. I don’t care if you work for Bioware, I am now buying this game.
By swithywizzy on Dec 31, 2011
This game is nothing, a complete waste of time and money, don’t include yours. It has little to do with Star Wars is completely boring and pointless, the crown jewel, the dialogue boxes is irrelevant and just exists to stall you from leveling. There is no pvp worth anything in this game. Anyone who claims anything great about this is full of shit. The whole industry is scrambling to try to get the developers their moeny back, don’t waste yours on this or live in denial if you already have.

@Zesazerty this game isn’t good enough to survive free to play. They had so much to work with and did absolutley nothing with it. It is a disgrace that all this money and time and hype go to such stupidity, corporate america in a nutshell.
By mogilny89p on Dec 31, 2011
@Rbentislegit Because for most people picking up TOR, it’s the only MMO they’ve ever played and the only reference point for them..
By aamix94 on Jan 1, 2012
Umm Better then wow, different then wow? lets see.. same keybinds.. same types of classes, same tree skill concept. auction house… pots, crafting, xp shared system.. instances.. Look I dont like wow, but to claim different.. what is different? jedi instead of warriors.. humans instead of humans.. no undead… yes, there are companions.. just my two cents.

By SeanSolomon11287 on Jan 3, 2012
@kogalmaster LMFAO you’re a dumbass, this game is not even close to WoW. It feels like the KoToR games, which are unique and badass
By zzking24 on Jan 4, 2012
WoW is such an overrated load of horse shit, its fucking annoying. This is the first mmo in a long time that i think can finally end its reign of being “the best” cause frankly, its not even close to being the best, imo, this one already is closer then WoW ever was.
By zzking24 on Jan 4, 2012
@zzking24 Amen
By ladygodia on Jan 6, 2012
I noticed you were being sarcastic in this review when you said Oblivion had a great story. Almost got me Stan. Really well played.
By lip58 on Jan 7, 2012
the story blows oblivion’s out of the water? most episodes of dora the explorer blow oblivion’s story out of the water.
By mastakilla64 on Jan 16, 2012

By PsiBlades14 on Jan 22, 2012
