I think guys are still in the mindset that girls do specific things like play with dolls and cook, etc…but we’re actually beginning to take over the video game industry and gamer world, which I think is something that surprises them. Then there was the time where only guys went to the arcade and played games while girls went and played tea. Anyway, I’m right with you, guys should stop being so surprised about something that is practically inevitable.

Yeah, I would be shocked.
A lot of girls don’t play video games, and most that I have met that do deny it.
In fact, I don’t even know for sure you ARE a girl right now… see the problem? Anyone can be anyone on the internet.

I’m not surprised at the facts that there are some girls out there that are gamers. It’s rare to find them though, so generally most guys are surprised at this. How many guys pose as females in MMOs? Quite a lot really. They do it to get free stuff from other guy players.

i would not be shocked. Actually, there are a lot of girl gamers. And even more. Lots of girls play halo on xbox and stuff. And anybody who has a gf or bf on a virtual game needs to get a life. That person could be a guy or a girl in opposite characters. I dont think majority of gamers understand that. Lol i wouldnt be surprised anyway.
